Open your eyes to the patterns—and walk out of confusion and fear.
We walk with you through your mess—without shame, without pretending—and help you see the patterns that keep you stuck so you can move forward as your true self before God and the people you love.
Our coaching principles
Our approach combines trauma understanding, emotional honesty, and a Christ-centered lens that sees people as wounded, not worthless. We don’t excuse harm—but we refuse to call you beyond redemption.
Choose your coach
Every coach at Eyes Open shares the same core principles, but brings their own story, strengths, and presence. Click a coach to read their full bio and see if they feel like a fit.

What a session with us is like
- We begin with what’s actually happening in your life this week.
- We name emotions, body signals, and repeating thought loops.
- We connect today’s reactions to long-standing patterns and past pain.
- We invite God into the real mess—not the cleaned-up version.
- We leave with one or two clear next steps, not a 20-point plan.
Is this counseling or therapy?
We are not your therapists or psychiatrists. We’re coaches and fellow travelers who help you:
- Build language for your inner world.
- Notice patterns in real time.
- Practice new ways of responding aligned with your faith.
If therapy or additional support is needed, we’ll encourage you toward it. Coaching with Eyes Open can sit alongside professional mental health care.
How to get started
Read the coach bios and choose who feels like the best fit for this season. If you’re not sure, mention that in your intake and we’ll help you decide.
We’ll talk briefly, make sure we’re a good fit, and answer questions. If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first session.
Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly meetings at $50 per 60-minute session or $350 per month. We’ll adjust the pace as your needs and capacity shift.
