Closing Posture
A short pause before you go — to reset your body and your heart.
This is not a task. This is a moment to reset before leaving.
Step 1 — Pause
Stop where you are. Put both feet on the floor.
Step 2 — Breathe
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold for 2 seconds.
Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 seconds.
Repeat this once or twice.
Hold for 2 seconds.
Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 seconds.
Repeat this once or twice.
Step 3 — Release
Let go of anything you’re carrying that doesn’t belong to you.
Optional prayer (use your own words if you prefer):
“God, thank you for letting me serve today. I release what I cannot carry, and I trust you with the rest. Amen.”
