Distribution Flow (Walking Guests Through)
This guide shows how to walk with guests through the food shelf using carts, posted signs, and a calm, consistent flow.
Quick Rules
- Guests do not go through unattended
- Follow the posted signs for quantities and containers
- Quantity limits are guidelines — help the guest first
- Stagger entry: let one guest clear aisle 1 before starting the next
Two-at-a-time note:
Run two guests only if coverage allows and you are using the two small walkthrough carts.
Carts
- Small walkthrough carts (2): used inside the aisles, start with two double-bagged paper bags
- Large yellow carts (3): used to help guests take groceries outside

- Place two double-bagged paper bags in the cart
