1) Arrival
- Arrive a few minutes early so you are ready at 1:00 p.m.
- Greet staff and ask for Karen or Jessica
- Confirm you are there for the Food Shelf pickup
What to expect:
Karen will put a cart together for you and send you out with it.
2) Load & Transport
- Receive the prepared cart
- Load as directed and secure items for transport
- Drive directly back to Summit Church
3) Deliver to the Food Shelf Pantry
- Bring items into the Food Shelf pantry
- Store items in the correct cooler, freezer, or shelf
- If unsure, ask the Team Lead on-site or set aside and label

Correct storage protects food quality and helps the next Serve Team.
