Troubleshooting (Calm Responses + Safety)
When anything feels unclear or tense: slow down, redirect to the flow, and involve the Team Lead.
First Response
- Pause and take one breath
- Lower your voice
- Return to the flow: “Let’s go back to the iPad table.”
- If unsure, get the Team Lead (don’t guess)
Scenario: Guest Is Pushy / Forceful
Do this. Every time. Period.
Stop the walkthrough and send them back to the iPad table for the Team Lead to handle.
- Stop movement
- Keep voice low and calm
- Redirect back to iPad table
- Alert the Team Lead
