Kitchen Café — Coffee

Setup team arrives by 8:00 AM. Attend the 8:30 Team Summit meeting. Stations should be fully stocked by 9:30. Do a quick check right before heading into service.

Non-Negotiables

  • Wear your Serve Team lanyard and serve with kindness.
  • Filtered water only for all drinking water (Fireside Room filtered sink).
  • Keep stations tidy and counters clean.
Filtered water only: fill dispensers upstairs at the Fireside Room sink using the filter.

Station Plan (Two Coffee Locations)

  • Station by the back door gets:
    • 1 regular coffee
    • 1 cold water
    • 1 hot water
  • Station by the big table gets:
    • 2 regular coffees
    • 1 decaf coffee
    • 1 cold water
    • 1 hot water
    • Desserts go on the back counter at this station

Coffee Recipe (Regular & Decaf)

  • Use 4 packets of grounds per full pot.
  • Press the “3 light” button to make a full pot.

What You Make

  • Downstairs kitchen: make decaf coffee and fill a carafe of hot water for tea.
  • Main floor conference room: make three full pots of coffee.
Refill rule: stock fully by 9:30 and do a final check before service. After stations are set for service, we generally don’t refill (unless Team Lead directs otherwise).
