Midweek Dinner — Beverages

The Beverages role prepares and maintains the drink station so guests can serve themselves easily. Keep the station clean, stocked, and returned to storage fully reset.

What You’re Responsible For

These items are located in Kitchen storage on the coffee cart. Bring the cart out, set up, and return it restocked at the end.

Prep the Following

  • Drinking water in the large dispensers
  • Tea in the large dispensers
  • 1 hot water carafe
  • 1 regular coffee (uses 4 packets of coffee grounds)
  • Condiment dispenser
Goal: A clean, welcoming drink station that is ready by 5:30 PM and stays stocked through dinner.

During Service

  • Check levels and refill before they run out.
  • Watch for spills and wipe promptly.
  • Keep the area uncluttered (cups/lids/condiments neat).
  • If supplies run low, notify the Team Lead.

End-of-Night Reset (Required)

  • Return the coffee cart to kitchen storage.
  • Empty/rinse dispensers as needed and wipe down surfaces.
  • Restock cups/lids/condiments/coffee packets so the cart is ready for next time.
  • Leave the station cleaner than you found it.
