Midweek Dinner — Desserts

The Desserts role ensures desserts are prepared, presented well, and timed correctly. Desserts go out exactly at 6:15 PM so people don’t eat early.

What You’re Responsible For

Before Service

  • Pull desserts out of the cooler.
  • Place desserts on the appropriate trays.
  • Stage desserts where they are ready to be set out quickly.
Non-negotiable timing: Desserts go out at 6:15 PM — not earlier.

During Service

  • Put desserts out at exactly 6:15 PM.
  • Keep the dessert area clean and presentable.
  • Refill trays as needed (if available).
  • If something runs low, notify the Team Lead.

After Service

  • Take desserts down after service is complete.
  • Return trays and items to the correct kitchen location.
  • Wipe down the dessert table area and clean any spills.
