Midweek Dinner — Desserts
The Desserts role ensures desserts are prepared, presented well, and timed correctly.
Desserts go out exactly at 6:15 PM so people don’t eat early.
What You’re Responsible For
Before Service
- Pull desserts out of the cooler.
- Place desserts on the appropriate trays.
- Stage desserts where they are ready to be set out quickly.
Non-negotiable timing: Desserts go out at 6:15 PM — not earlier.
During Service
- Put desserts out at exactly 6:15 PM.
- Keep the dessert area clean and presentable.
- Refill trays as needed (if available).
- If something runs low, notify the Team Lead.
After Service
- Take desserts down after service is complete.
- Return trays and items to the correct kitchen location.
- Wipe down the dessert table area and clean any spills.
