You are the Team Lead for Midweek Dinner. Your job is to lead the kitchen with calm, clear direction, keep timing on track, and ensure food is served covered until prayer.

Use these to follow the exact meal process:

Key rule: Food goes out covered between 6:05–6:15 PM. Covers are removed after Pastor prays.

Timing & Flow

  • Arrive by 3:00 PM — prepare the kitchen for the crew, review plan, stage prep areas.
  • By 5:30 PM — drinks + table setup should be completed.
  • 6:05–6:15 PM — food is placed out as covered as possible.
  • 6:15 PM exactly — desserts are put out (so people don’t eat early).
  • After Pastor prays — remove food covers and begin serving.
  • After service — ensure smooth handoff to Clean-Up and confirm dish flow is working.

Shopping & Summit Funding

  • Create the shopping list in advance (based on the meal plan).
  • Purchase items using the correct Summit funding procedures.
  • Keep/submit receipts as required and follow guidelines for any unused items.
