Responsibilities
- Wash, chop, portion, and prep ingredients as directed.
- Prep salads and vegetables using the How-To buttons above.
- Keep prep stations neat and food-safe (clean hands, clean boards, clean counters).
- Stage completed items where the Team Lead wants them (covered when needed).
- Check in for the next task when finished.
Clean-as-You-Go
- Wipe counters frequently.
- Put trash into the correct bin.
- Rinse or stack used tools neatly so the kitchen stays functional.
- Keep walkways clear (avoid clutter around the sink and stove).
