Midweek Dinner — Setup

Setup prepares the dining space so guests can flow through dinner smoothly. Follow the table layout for the meal type and keep everything clean and welcoming.

What You’re Responsible For

Hallway Drinks & Desserts Tables

Set up 2 long tables along the hallway wall.
Cover both with tablecloths.
These tables are for drinks and desserts.

Important: Table layout changes depending on the meal (Taco vs Spaghetti). Build it the right way so the line flows naturally.

Meal-Specific Layout

Taco Night: Set up one table perpendicular to the kitchen window.
Spaghetti Night: Set up two long tables parallel to the kitchen window so people can walk around both sides.

Round Tables

Wash/wipe all round tables before dinner.
Ensure tables look clean and ready for guests.
