About Brian
Brian Stutesman is a life coach who helps people move through trauma without shame by
teaching how to face emotions honestly, grieve what was lost, and find clarity on the other side.
Drawing from lived experience, faith, and deep compassion, his work reframes fear, doubt,
and “failure” as signals—not flaws. His approach is grounded, practical, and spiritually centered,
creating space for transformation that feels safe, real, and sustainable.
Focus areas

Faith & worldview
Brian is Christ-centered and comfortable with messy questions, grief, and doubt.
He sees sin and harmful behavior as often rooted in trauma and blindness rather than
a lack of worth—and he walks with clients as they let the Holy Spirit lead gently into truth.
Monthly plan ($350): up to 8 sessions per month plus light check-ins
by email or text between sessions, focused on staying grounded, honest, and moving forward.
