About Megan
Megan McNally is a life coach who helps people move through trauma without shame by
teaching how to face emotions honestly, grieve what was lost, and find clarity on the other side.
Drawing from lived experience, faith, and deep compassion, her work reframes fear, doubt,
and “failure” as signals—not flaws. Her approach is grounded, practical, and spiritually centered,
creating space for transformation that feels safe, real, and sustainable.

Megan is Christ-centered and gentle, yet honest. She honors the pain of abandonment
while helping clients experience God as present, kind, and steady rather than distant or
unpredictable. She holds space for big emotions and messy questions without rushing the process.
