About Freya

Freya is a “coach” in the truest dog sense: she doesn’t use many words, but she helps people move through trauma without shame by offering warmth, contact, and a non-judgmental presence. Her sessions remind clients that they are loveable in their bodies, not just in their minds.

Drawing from lived experience, faith, and deep compassion shared through the Eyes Open team around her, Freya’s presence reframes fear, doubt, and “failure” as signals—not flaws. Time with her is grounded, practical, and surprisingly spiritual—creating space for regulation and rest that feels safe, real, and sustainable.

Focus areas

Faith & worldview

Freya’s “theology” is simple: you are welcome, right here, as you are. Sessions with her are held within a Christ-centered environment where gentleness, kindness, and embodied comfort are seen as part of how God heals nervous systems and hearts.

Monthly plan ($350): up to 8 sessions per month (including Freya’s presence where appropriate) plus light check-ins by email or text between sessions, focused on staying grounded, connected, and seen.
