The Truth Man Show is a simple idea: live in the open, practice integrity, and show
what real transformation looks like in real time — not a highlight reel.
As soon as we have the funding for the camera system below, this feed will go live and remain on
during office hours (with clear privacy rules).
Donations fund the backbone for a single always-on office feed and the path to secure subscriber feeds later.
Privacy promise: No coaching sessions are streamed on the public feed. The public feed is meant
to show presence and process, not private conversations. Subscriber feeds (future) will be
access-controlled and consent-based.

This backbone starts with 1 camera and scales cleanly up to under 12 cameras.
UniFi Dream Machine Pro Max (gateway + controller + Protect host)
1× UniFi Protect Camera to start (recommended: G4 Dome for office presence)
PoE Switch (recommended: Switch Lite 8 PoE to start; scalable to 16 PoE later)
Surveillance HDD for Protect recording (size depends on retention goal)
UPS Battery Backup (keeps stream stable during power blips)
Cat6 cabling + mounting hardware (PoE run to camera + clean install)
Office notice signage (“Live video recording in progress”)
