What You Need to Know
Be familiar with Planning Center and how to contact the Team Lead.
Wear your Serve Team lanyard.
You represent Jesus—be friendly to everyone you encounter and help people connect when you can.
Sunday Morning Flow
Setup team arrives by 8:00 AM and begins making coffee and setting stations.
Team Summit meeting at 8:30 AM.
Finish setup so stations are fully stocked by 9:30 AM.
Right before heading into service: do a quick check to ensure stations are ready.
After service: closing team tears down stations, wipes tables, cleans coffee/kitchen areas, and puts everything away neatly.
Filtered water only: use the Fireside Room filtered sink for all drinking water.
Refill rule (Sunday): stock fully by 9:30 and do a final check before service.
After stations are set for service, we generally do not refill (unless the Team Lead directs otherwise).
