Guide: Midweek Dinner
Midweek Dinner Serve Team
These How-To guides teach both what to do and the expected behavior.
Midweek Dinner runs best when we serve with calm, clarity, and kindness.
Quick Timing Rules
- Head Cook (Team Lead) arrives by 3:00 PM to prepare the kitchen for the crew.
- By 5:30 PM — drinks + table setup complete.
- 6:05–6:15 PM — food goes out covered.
- We remove covers after Pastor prays.
- Desserts go out exactly at 6:15 PM (so people don’t eat early).
- Dishwashing + kitchen flow runs from 5:00–7:00 PM.
Serve Team posture: Be calm, be flexible, and ask questions early.
If you’re unsure, check with the Team Lead.
