First time serving? Start with the First-Time Serve Team Orientation before jumping into a role. It covers expectations, posture, and safety.

Quick Timing Rules

  • Head Cook (Team Lead) arrives by 3:00 PM to prepare the kitchen for the crew.
  • By 5:30 PM — drinks + table setup complete.
  • 6:05–6:15 PM — food goes out covered.
  • We remove covers after Pastor prays.
  • Desserts go out exactly at 6:15 PM (so people don’t eat early).
  • Dishwashing + kitchen flow runs from 5:00–7:00 PM.
Serve Team posture: Be calm, be flexible, and ask questions early. If you’re unsure, check with the Team Lead.
